4 hours

So, I'm leaving TODAY. Still can't quite comprehend it. Had a great party last night, quite a few people came over, ate a lot of sweet things, stayed up really late. Woke up early to say goodbye to people going off to work, now finishing up some last minute things before we leave for the airport in like 4 hours.

So, goodbye America.

And to all my friends and family who live in America, I love you.

a brief description...

"A brief description" of my life at the moment would be nearly impossible. But I'll give it a shot: I love Jesus, I believe in what He has commanded and how He lived-- and I want to do the same. Therefore I'm a full-time volunteer (in other words=missionary) with the organization Youth With a Mission (YWAM). I spent five years with the organization in Tbilisi, Republic of Georgia. And now I've recently moved to the Netherlands with my Belgian husband (Wim) to serve with the YWAM Heidebeek base here. I feel that everything about me is changing. I'm truly in the pinnacle of transition. Newly married, new country, etc. So, I have the feeling that the continuation of this blog will be my new discovery of myself as a married woman on Dutch soil. Hope to share some helpful insights (or funny moments) with you!
